PitchDrop is designed for creating, editing, and sharing professional pitch decks and presentations. You may use the Service for:

• Creating business proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing presentations
• Sharing presentations with clients, investors, or team members
• Generating AI-assisted content for legitimate business purposes
• Managing brand assets and design systems for your organization

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Circumventing any security, rate limiting, or access control measures
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
• Impersonating any person, company, or entity
• Using the Service to test, probe, or scan for vulnerabilities without written authorization
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service without permission
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users

When using AI-powered features, you agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate or jailbreak the AI to produce harmful, illegal, or policy-violating content
• Use AI outputs to mislead clients or investors with materially false information
• Submit confidential third-party information without authorization
• Use AI generation to produce content that violates any third-party rights

• Do not upload personal data of others without their consent
• Do not upload credentials, passwords, or sensitive financial data
• Do not use the Service to collect or harvest personal information from third parties
• Comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable

PitchDrop, LLC reserves the right to, at its sole discretion:

• Suspend or terminate your account with or without notice
• Remove any content that violates this policy
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities
• Pursue legal remedies for damages caused by violations

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action except where immediate action is required to protect the Service or other users.

PitchDrop, LLC may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
