Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using PitchDrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PitchDrop is an AI-powered platform for creating, editing, and sharing pitch decks and presentations. The Service includes deck creation, AI-assisted content generation, brand management, and sharing capabilities.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

When you create a share link, anyone with that link (and password, if applicable) can view the deck content. You are responsible for managing access. We are not liable for unauthorized distribution via share links.

• Your content may be processed by third-party AI services for generation and editing
• Website URLs you provide may be accessed to gather publicly available information that informs your pitch
• AI outputs are generated based on your inputs and may require review for accuracy

Each organization can generate up to four wizard slides for free. Beyond that, continued use of slide generation requires an active paid subscription. Existing organizations created before our paid plans launched are grandfathered to free use and are not subject to the four-slide limit.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance for each billing period (currently monthly). The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay for the current period. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan, charged to the payment method on file, until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card number; Stripe holds payment credentials and we receive only a customer reference, the subscription state, and the period end date. By submitting payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

• You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If a charge fails, your subscription enters a past-due state and access to paid features pauses; if the failure is not resolved within Stripe's retry window, the subscription is cancelled.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or transaction fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
• We may change subscription pricing or features at any time. Changes apply at the start of your next billing period; we will give reasonable advance notice (at least 14 days by email) before any price increase takes effect.
• You may cancel at any time through Settings or by emailing hello@pitchdrop.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain paid access through the end of the current paid period unless we terminate for a Terms violation.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period's fee. If you believe you were billed in error, contact hello@pitchdrop.ai within 30 days and we will review the charge in good faith.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitchDrop, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PitchDrop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. PitchDrop, LLC is a Florida limited liability company.
